Who is responsible

What we collect
- Mobile number (MSISDN) — where the service requires one to create and bill a subscription, and to send the one-time PIN.
- Subscription records — which service, when it started, renewals, and when it was cancelled.
- Technical request data — IP address, user agent, and the referring advertising click identifier, used to attribute the subscription and to detect fraud and abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell mobile numbers or subscription records.
- We do not use browser push notifications on these services.
- We do not load third-party tracking or advertising scripts on our subscription pages.
Why we process it
To create, bill, deliver and cancel the subscription the user asked for; to answer support requests; to detect fraudulent or automated signups; and to meet the record-keeping obligations of the mobile network operators and regulators in each market.
Who we share it with
- Mobile network operators and their aggregators, who apply the charge and deliver the messages. They act as controllers of the billing relationship in their own right.
- Infrastructure providers who host the service and deliver it over the network.
- Regulators and law enforcement, where we are legally required to respond.
How long we keep it
Subscription and billing records are retained for the period required by the operator agreement and by local regulation in the market concerned, then deleted. Technical request logs are retained for a short period for fraud detection and are then discarded.
Your rights
Subject to the law of your market, you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting subscription records does not itself cancel a subscription — cancel by SMS using the instructions on the Pricing & cancellation page. Contact info@remassmachines.com.
Children
These services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly create subscriptions for them. Where a subscription was created without the bill payer's authority, contact us and we will cancel it.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
