Terms of service
Last updated 26 August 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
These services are provided by REMASS MACHINES LABS SDN BHD (company number 1537231-V), Lot 6B, PT 111, Kompleks Perniagaan Ampang, Lebuhraya Sultanah Bahiyah, 05050 Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia, in partnership with the mobile network operator that bills you.
2. What the service is
A recurring mobile content subscription. The specific content, price and billing interval depend on the market and service, and are set out on the Pricing & cancellation page and on the service page before you confirm.
3. How a subscription starts
A subscription starts only when you confirm it — by sending the subscription SMS yourself, or by entering the one-time PIN sent to your mobile number. Loading a service page does not create a subscription.
4. Charges
Charges are applied by your mobile network operator to your bill or prepaid balance at the interval stated for your market. Prices exclude tax and any data charges from your operator unless stated. Your operator may apply its own message charges for the subscription and cancellation SMS.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using the keyword and shortcode for your market, listed on the Pricing & cancellation page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops further charges. Charges already applied are not refunded except where required by law or by your operator's policy.
6. Eligibility
You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, and be of the age of majority in your market. Subscriptions created without the bill payer's authority will be cancelled on request.
7. Availability
Services depend on your operator's network and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Where a service is withdrawn, billing stops.
8. Support and complaints
Support contacts for each market are on the Pricing & cancellation page. General enquiries: info@remassmachines.com. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may raise it with your mobile network operator or the telecommunications regulator in your market.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia. Nothing in them limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own market, or the rules your mobile network operator and telecommunications regulator apply to subscription services.
