How subscription works

• A subscription begins only after the subscriber confirms it — by sending an SMS to the service shortcode, or by entering and confirming a one-time PIN sent to their mobile number.
• The price, billing frequency and cancellation instructions are shown before that confirmation step.
• Charges are billed by the mobile network operator and appear on the subscriber's bill or prepaid balance.
• A subscription renews at the stated interval until the subscriber cancels.

How to cancel

Every service can be cancelled at any time by SMS, at no charge beyond the standard message rate. The exact keyword and shortcode differ by market and are listed on the Pricing & cancellation page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges are made.
